Two Story Whitaker Corners Home
First, welcome to our new Blog! Over time we will be posting updates to the blog with our current projects and news. We wanted to start by sharing some details about a home that we built in 2009-2010 in Bradford, Pennsylvania. The young family that we were working with were looking to build a new home to raise their growing family in so they were in need of a decent size home.
They Chose The Whitaker Corners Floor Plan
After looking at the Sullivan’s Run plan and a few others, the family decided to start with the Whitaker Corners house and customize it to suit their needs. They made several design changes to the floor plan including removing the 2nd set of stairs, moving the laundry room to the 2nd floor and shifting around some of the bathrooms and closets. They really wanted a new, 4 bedroom home, and we were able to build it for them. One of the great benefits of working with Heil and Andrews Construction is that we can edit your floor plan’s blueprints for next to nothing.
